Maker Monday - Chu Chu Chick from @lacigognefr

Maker Monday! So you all know by now that I love crochet birds so I had to make this adorable little Chu Chu chick pattern from @lacigognefr. Find the pattern on her Instagram page HERE! <------

This designer has SO many cute birds, but this one just seemed perfect for the Easter season. The pattern is entirely free on her Insta page, so I was able to see it ahead of time, which I loved. I know sometime when you buy a pattern it's like "oh man what am I getting into" haha (or is this just me??) I thought this pattern was actually quite easy and straightforward, a welcome change to some of my projects. 😝

I learned some new techniques for constructing the tail and back, which is really interesting. And the pieces to sew on are really well laid out! If you're looking for a fun and (relatively) easy chick pattern I highly recommend this little guy! I gave mine some worms and Easter eggs for a little holiday feel. 🥰
