Hey guys! Things have been quiet on here because my husband and I just got back from a wedding weekend so I haven't been posting.We've been in a bit of a crazy situation because we were scheduled to get back Sunday and then fly out to Europe Monday for a Spring Break trip. But, we have decided to cancel the trip unfortunately. These fruits are all as bummed and conflicted as we are. 😕Fortunately we were able to get credits for our hotels and flights as long as we reschedule within a year we shouldn't be out the money. Day 5: Close Up Alright, for this one I'm going to talk about holes. It has been a CONSTANT struggle to create tight crochet stitches that do not stretch when I stuff my piece, thus creating holes. I've been told that holes are just a fact of life in crochet, and are just a byproduct of the process. I even zoom in on other people's photos sometime to see if they have holes too or is it just me? It's definitely my weak spot, so at least my holes are improving (but still there...)

Day 4: Branding Sneak Peek at some cute new pies to celebrate the upcoming Pi(e) day! Cherry and blueberry baby pies! I would love to modify these to have an authentic lattice crust but that's a work in progress. I'm making a whole collection so stay tuned for more pies!I thought this actually fits! With regard to branding, I think these pies totally fit my brand. I guess I'm going for bright, colorful cuteness that makes you smile?! I really need to get a logo one of these days but one thing at a time!
